Lullaby Room ("the App") provides calming sounds, lullabies, and other audio intended to support a relaxing bedtime environment. This Privacy Policy describes how the developer of Lullaby Room ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the App.

The App is intended for use by parents, caregivers, and other adult users. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

2. Information stored on your device

The App may store your selected sounds, favourites, saved sound mixes, playback history, and app preferences locally on your device to provide its features.

These features are designed to work locally without requiring an account. Some information may still be handled by the app stores for purchases, or sent to us if you contact support.

3. Information collected or processed

App usage and diagnostics: We do not integrate Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or an advertising SDK. We do not operate an in-app analytics or advertising tracking service. Apple and Google may separately process store-level diagnostics and purchase information under their own policies.

Advertising: The App does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs.

Support requests: If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and the content of your message, so we can respond.

4. In-app purchases

If you purchase Premium access, your payment is processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, as applicable. We do not directly receive your full payment-card details from those stores.

The App receives purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock or restore Premium features. Payments are handled by the applicable app store.

Store operators handle payment-related information according to their own privacy policies.

5. How information is used

Information is used to provide sound playback, save local preferences and mixes, validate Premium access, and respond when you contact support.

6. Service providers and sharing

We use Apple App Store and Google Play platform services to distribute the App and process in-app purchases. We do not use Firebase or third-party advertising SDKs. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

We may also disclose information if legally required or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the App, subject to applicable law.

7. Data retention and your choices

Information stored locally may remain on your device until you remove it through the App, clear its storage, or uninstall the App, depending on your operating system and backup settings.

If you contact support, we may retain your email correspondence as needed to answer your request and handle follow-up questions. You may ask us to delete support correspondence by emailing the address below, subject to applicable legal obligations. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their respective policies.

8. Children's privacy

Although Lullaby Room includes sounds intended to help soothe babies and young children, the App is designed to be operated by adults, including parents and caregivers.

We do not ask for a child’s name, birth date, or other personal information to use the App. Parents and caregivers should operate the App on behalf of young children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support email, please contact us so we can review and address the request.

9. Security

We aim to use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. International users

The App’s core sound and library features work locally. If you contact us by email, your message may be processed by email service providers in other countries. Apple and Google may also process purchase-related information internationally under their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
